However, while they may not be trying to kill Maya, they have no problem killing everyone she cares about.īut they aren’t the only ones using magic and being violent. These demonic beings pop up on Maya’s journey using their magical talents to try to trap her (but not kill her since that would screw up Mictlan’s plans).
